A little excited about ice cream, are we? The real best way to have fresh waffle cones it right after they are off the waffle iron. I worked at an ice cream shop for a year and a half and we made our own waffle cones. Whenever we made them, we would make "mistakes" so that we would have plenty to eat. They are wonderful when they are still warm, with a little bit of vanilla ice cream and a dab of marshmallow. If you ever get the chance, try it out.
