Let's face it, most people don't give a second thought to food. If it tastes "good" then they will eat it, if it doesn't, they won't and what most people don't realize is the endless combination of flavors, aromas and textures that can turn mundane into something special.
Ratatouille, the Disney movie, is about a rat who wanted to cook but just didn't have the opportunity. Then along came a young French man who needed a job working in the kitchen of a famous restaurant in Paris. He befriends the mouse and in a nut-shell, they become famous chefs in France. After watching this movie, I feel as though there are so many more dimensions of looking at food. Trust me, you won't look at food the same way. If you really concentrate on what you're eating, I believe that you will appreciate it much more. That way food just doesn't taste "good", it'll be so much more.
